The hotel provided excellent service and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered delicious food, with the chefs accommodating special requests. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, but could be adjusted to individual preferences. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding.

Family atmosphere, impressive rooms. A lot of facilities such as: a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating.

The staff are courteous, and the proprietor too. The location is awesome and really close to Monte Bondone, Sopramonte, Sardagna or even Trento for much better dishes in local restaurants, and the restaurant, the bar and the spa and of course the housekeeping.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for skiing, with easy transportation options. The views of the mountains were stunning. The staff were exceptional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast options were great and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the spa and pool area, which were perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Our stay in the hotel situated high on the mountains was phenomenal. We loved the stunning view of the Dolomites and the convenient location that allowed us to reach the slopes in no time, just about 200 m. We were impressed by the modern and tidy room, particularly the bathroom was very well equipped. We were blown away by the courteous staff, fantastic service, and the impressive breakfast selection with fresh fruit, baked goods, and Italian coffee. The hotel amenities including the pool area, the sunbathing deck, and the lounge made our stay even better.

We were disappointed with the limited spa operating hours and the early closure of the sauna steam area at 8 pm.
